MacWorks provides full service technical support and assistance to Apple and Macintosh clients in the greater Connecticut area who are looking for reliable, experienced, information technology professionals. With over 25 years in Apple Mac consulting, training, service and support, we can assist clients in enterprise, mobile and home office environments.
Consulting Services
Standard Hourly Rates: On-Site Rate: $285 per hour, billed by the quarter-hour a one-hour minimum per visit.
Off-Site Remote Support—Monitoring, Phone, E-Mail, Research, Purchasing: $285 per hour billed by the quarter-hour
Travel Charges: Time is charged at the hourly rate for one-way travel between New Haven, CT and the service site based on the estimated travel time as calculated by Google Maps.
Managed Services: SafeAlert & MacWorks TotalCare

Repairs, Upgrades & Support Hours
Repair & Upgrade Rate On Site Or Remote: $285 per hour, billed by the half-hour. (On site rate travel charges apply.)
Standard Support Hours —Services will be delivered in person, by telephone, over network application, or by email based on the nature and urgency of the request, at the discretion of MacWorks, LLC during normal business hours. Non-urgent support requests may be scheduled on following business day(s). MacWorks, LLC normal business hours are Monday - Saturday 8:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
After Hours Support - Weekends & Holidays: Services provided evenings (Monday through Saturday between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m), Weekends (Saturday 6 p.m. through Monday 8 a.m.), or on National Holidays are charged at 1 1/2 times the applicable rate.
